ORDER
Pending before the Court is the Consent Motion to Stay [# 20]. Previously,
the Court stayed these proceedings. The Government now moves to continue the
stay pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 981(g)(1) for a period of 90 days. Claimants consent
to staying these proceedings for the additional time period.
Upon a review of the record and relevant legal authority, and for the reasons
stated in the Court’s prior Orders, the Court GRANTS the motion [# 20]. The
Court STAYS these proceedings for an additional period of 90 days. After the
expiration of the 90 days, the stay shall automatically dissolve unless the
Government or Claimant can show by motion (accompanied by a status report)
reasons why the stay should not be lifted.
