ORDER
THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Government’s Motion for
Extension of Time Nunc Pro Tunc [Doc. 5]. Petitioner’s counsel consents to
the motion.
For the reasons stated in the Government’s motion, and for good
cause shown,
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Government’s Motion for
Extension of Time [Doc. 5] is GRANTED, and the Government shall have
three (3) days from the entry of this Order in which to file the Government’s
Response to the Petitioner’s Motion to Vacate.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
