IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the parties’ Joint Motion to
Dismiss [Doc. 407] is GRANTED, and all the Plaintiff’s claims against the
Defendant Blackmer Pump Company are hereby DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
