IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the parties’ Joint Motion to
Dismiss [Doc. 181] is GRANTED, and all of the Plaintiffs’ claims against the
Defendant Tarkett, Inc. are hereby DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
