IT IS, THEREFORE ORDERED that the parties’ Joint Motion to
Dismiss [Doc. 71] is GRANTED, and the Plaintiffs’ claims against Defendant
Rogers Corporation are hereby DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
