IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that plaintiff’s Motion to Dismiss Civil Action,
Pursuant to Rule 41(a)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (#11) is GRANTED, and this
action is DISMISSED without prejudice.
