Upon review of the Plaintiff’s Motion,
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Plaintiff’s Motion [Doc. 54] is
GRANTED, and all of the Plaintiff’s claims against the Defendant Trans
Union, LLC are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
