Upon review of the parties’ motion,
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the parties’ Joint Motion to
Dismiss [Doc. 243] is GRANTED, and all the Plaintiff’s claims against the
Defendant ITT LLC, sued herein as ITT Corporation f/k/a ITT Industries Inc.,
ITT Fluid Products Corp., Hoffman Specialty Mfg. Corp., Bell and Gossett
Company, and ITT Marlow, are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
