F in d in g that good cause exists for keeping the stay in place under18 U.S.C. § 9 8 1 ( g ) (2 ), specifically, that the related state criminal action is not complete and th a t civil discovery in this matter could impinge upon claimants' fifth amendment

ORDER IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that good cause having been shown for c o n tin u in g the stay, the STAY is continued in place until March 1, 2009, and shall d isso lv e on that date unless the parties show good reason on or before such date to fu rth er extend the stay.
