THIS MATTER is before the Court upon the motion of Defendants Family Dollar Stores, Inc. and Family Dollar Stores of Ohio, Inc. to allow Thomas M. L. Metzger to appear Pro Hac Vice, dated August 15, 2007 [doc. #31]. Upon careful review and consideration, this Court will grant the Application.
