T H IS MATTER is before the Court on the Plaintiff's "Application For Admission To Practice P r o Hac Vice" pursuant to Local Rule 83(B) of the Rules of the United States District Court for the W e ste rn District of North Carolina. It appears that the person for whom leave to appear is sought, Thomas T. Loder, of the law firm o f Duane Morris, LLP, is a member in good standing of the Bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. It further appears that Mr. Loder has associated Theresa Sprain of Womble, Carlyle, Sandbridge & Rice, PLLC as local counsel. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Thomas T. Loder be permitted to appear pro hac vice in the a b o v e - c a p t io n e d action pending in this Court as counsel for Plaintiff.
