THIS MATTER is before the Court upon Plaintiff's Motion to Compel. (Doc. 18). The Court's ruling on Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment renders Plaintiff's motion moot. Therefore, the motion is denied as moot. SO ORDERED.
