CONSENT ORDER of Preliminary Injunction and Other Equitable Relief Against Defendants Bryan Coats, Genesis Wealth Management, L.L.C., Jonathan Davey, Divine Circulation Services, L.L.C., Safe Harbor Ventures Inc., Safe Harbor Wealth Investments, Inc., Devine Stewardship, L.L. C., and Safe Harbor Wealth, Inc. This Order shall remain in full force and effect until further order of this Court and that this Court retains jurisdiction of this matter for all purposes. The other Orders previously ordered by the Court on February 11, 2011 shall remain in full force until further order of this Court, with the exception of those provisions of Section VI of the Order granting expedited discovery, which are stayed pursuant to the Court's Order of March 15, 2011 staying discovery in this matter.
