THIS MATTER is before the Court upon Plaintiffs' Motion to Dismiss Defendant Robert
Burris Without Prejudice (Doc. No. 61). Having considered the matter, the Court enters the
following order.
For good cause shown, Plaintiff's Motion to Dismiss Defendant Robert Burris Without
Prejudice IS GRANTED. All parties shall bear their own costs and expenses.
