JUDGMENT
THIS MATTER is before the court on the Commissioner’s Motion for Reversal and
Remand Pursuant to Sentence Four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
Having considered the
Commissioner’s motion and reviewed the pleadings, the court enters the following Judgment.
JUDGMENT
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that the
Commissioner’s Motion for Reversal and Remand Pursuant to Sentence Four of 42 U.S.C. §
405(g) (#11) is GRANTED, and JUDGMENT is entered proving that the final decision of the
Commissioner is REVERSED, and this matter is remanded for further proceedings consistent
with those outlined in the Commissioner’s motion.
