ORDER
THIS MATTER IS BEFORE THE COURT on the “Motion For Admission Pro Hac
Vice of Christopher C. Marquardt” (Document No. 37) filed by Brian D. Boone, concerning
Christopher C. Marquardt on February 9, 2017. Mr. Christopher C. Marquardt seeks to appear as
counsel pro hac vice for Defendant National Association for Stock Car Racing, Inc. Upon review
and consideration of the motion, which was accompanied by submission of the necessary fee, the
Court will grant the motion.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that in accordance with Local Rule 83.1, the “Motion
For Admission Pro Hac Vice” of Christopher C. Marouardt” (Document No. 37) is GRANTED.
Mr. Christopher C. Marquardt is hereby admitted pro hac vice to represent Defendant National
Association for Stock Car Racing, Inc.
