for the reasons discussed in plaintiff’s supporting Memorandum of Law (#21-1).

ORDER
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that plaintiff’s Motion for Voluntary Dismissal (#21)
is GRANTED, and this action is DISMISSED without prejudice.
