The Court orders Plaintiff to supplement his motion by filing any substantiating records and affidavits necessary to support Plaintiffs Notice of Election of Remedies and M otion for Reasonable Attorneys Fees (and Allowable Costs) under N.C. Gen. Stat. § 1D-45 and Fed. R. Civ. P. 37 no later than April 13, 2018. FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff shall file a brief on N.C. Gen. Stat. § 24-1 and 28 U.S.C. § 1961, no later than April 20, 2018.
