ORDER dismissing dfts Dougherty, Garland, Houser, Harszuk, Harris, and Southern Health Partners. Clerk shall issue summons for dfts Hoyle, Overcash, Neal, and Bumgardner and deliver to USM to make service w/o addn'l cost. Dfts Hoyle, Overcash, Neal, and Bumgardner shall file answer to clms in cmp. Clerk shall serve copy of this Order and plf's cmp on Sheriff/Lincoln Co. Sheriff/Lincoln Co. shall w/i 20 days file a dcmt stating full names of dfts Nurse Geri, Nurs e Stacy, and Dr. John Doe and pursuant to instructions in paragraph 5 of Order. Upon rcpt of info from Sheriff/Lincoln Co., Clerk to issue summons for dfts Nurse Geri, Nurse Stacy, and Dr. John Doe and deliver to USM for service w/o addn'l cost. Clerk shall update docket to reflect last names of 2 nurses and full name of doctor and these 3 dfts will then be required to file answer to clms in plf's cmp. Signed by Chief Judge Robert J.
