The trial currently scheduled for September 28, 2010, shall be rescheduled for April 11, 2011, at 9:30 a.m. in Bismarck, North Dakota, before Judge Hovland. A ten (10) day trial is anticipated. 4. The final pretrial conference scheduled for September 13, 2010, shall be rescheduled for March 29, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. before the undersigned in chambers.
