The court granted the motion, stayed the action, and directed the parties to submit a status report by February 15, 2010. On February 11, 2010, the parties filed a Second Joint Motion for Temporary Stay of Proceedings. The court GRANTS the parties' motion (Docket NO. 11). This action shall be stayed pending further order of the court. The parties are to submit a status report to the court by March 25, 2010, updating the court of global settlement efforts.
