Lloyd McPherson.” The court GRANTS the motion (Doc. No. 8) and ORDERS that the United
States shall be substituted for individually-named Defendants Dr. Robert Zabenko, Dr. Julius R.
Theophilus and Dr. Lloyd McPherson.
