Memorandum Opinion and Order Accordingly, Mr. Post's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus (ECF No. 174 ) is hereby dismissed as an unsuccessful attempt to file a second and successive petition, and the Court will transfer the petition to t he Sixth Circuit for a determination of whether it meets the requirements of Section 2244(b)(2).
