Memorandum Opinion and Order For the reasons stated in the Order, this action is dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e). Angela Alston is permanently enjoined from filing any new lawsuits or other documents without seeking and obtaini ng leave of court. The Clerk's Office shall not accept any filing fees,cover sheets, in forma pauperis applications, summonses, or U.S.Marshal Forms, in connection with any Motion Pursuant to Court Order Seeking Leave to File which Alston file s, unless and until leave is granted. Accordingly, plaintiff's request to proceed in forma pauperis is granted and this action is dismissed pursuant to 28U.S.C. § 1915(e). Further, the court CERTIFIES pursuant to 28U.S.C. §1915(a)(3) that an appeal from this decision could not betaken in good faith. Related document 2 . Signed by Judge Dan Aaron Polster on 1/11/2011.
