Ensley v. Cleveland State University et al

Filing 4

Memorandum Opinion and Order There is no basis for the Court to exercise subject matter jurisdiction over this case. Ms. Ensley's motion to proceed in forma pauperis is granted and the complaint is dismissed, but without prejudice to any state law claims she may choose to pursue. The motion for Marshall service (dkt. no. 3) is denied as moot. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1915(a)(3), that an appeal from this decision could not be taken in good faith. Judge Donald C. Nugent on 9/8/2011. (W,G)
