Opinion and Order granting in part plaintiffs' Motion to Remand to State Court (Related Doc # 9 ). Defendants' motion for extension of time 13 is denied as moot. Defendants do oppose Plaintiffs' request for costs and expe nses, including attorneys ' fees, associated with removal and remand.
