Memorandum Opinion and Order Denying plaintiff's motion for leave to file a first amended complaint on the ground of futility. (Related Doc. 10). The defendants' motion for judgment on the pleadings is granted with respect to Mr. Rich's First Amendment retaliation claim only. That claim is dismissed with prejudice.
