Memorandum of Opinion. Plaintiff's Motion to Amend Complaint (ECF No. 9 ) is granted. This action is dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §1915(e). Plaintiff's Motion for Court Order that Exhibits be Shared By Defendants (ECF No. [ 3]), Motion for Order to US Marshal to Serve Defendants (ECF No. 7 ), Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (ECF No. 10 ) and Application to Clerk for Entry of Default Against All Defendants (ECF No. 11 ) are denied.
