Memorandum Opinion & Order granting in part 8 Defendant's Motion to Dismiss. Counts One, Three, and Six are dismissed with prejudice. This resolves all federal claims set forth in the Complaint. The Court declines to assert jurisdiction over the remaining state law claims. The remaining claims are, therefore, remanded back to the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas. Judge Donald C.
