Memorandum Opinion and Order Defendant's Motion to dismiss or, in the Alternative to stay is granted. (ECF #21). All claims arising from the April 7, 2017 transaction are subject to arbitration and are, therefore, dismissed without preju dice. The TILA claim arising from the March 15, 2017 transaction is hereby Stayed pending the completion of the arbitration.
