ORDER

Anders Tronsen, an Ohio citizen, appeals pro se the summary judgment for defendant in a civil rights action he filed. Tronsen moves this court for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, pursuant to Fed. R. App. P. 24(a)(5). Upon consideration, the motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is denied. Tronsen is directed to pay the $455 appellate filing fee with the district court within thirty days of the filing date of this order, or the appeal will be dismissed for want of prosecution.
