Memorandum Opinion: Defendants' motion to dismiss for failure to prosecute is denied. The Clerk shall serve a copy of this Order by certified mail to the Plaintiff. Plaintiff Monica L. Hiegel is granted 30 days from receipt of this Orde r to show cause why her case should not be dismissed for want of prosecution pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b).
