Memorandum Opinion and Order This action is dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e). Furthermore, David M. Kissi is enjoined from filing any new lawsuits or other documents without seeking and obtaining leave of court as set forth in the Memor andum Opinion and Order. In addition, no further documents, including but not limited to Motions for Reconsideration, Motions for Relief from Judgment, or Motions to Alter or Amend Judgment will be accepted in this case.
