Memorandum Opinion and Order. For the reasons stated within Philip Tunanidas' petition under 28 U.S.C § 2241 is dismissed. Because Petitioner challenges the detainers against him rather than the sentence for which he is currently incarcerated, he is not in custody and therefore his Petition pursuant to §2241 is DISMISSED.
