...pursuant to this Court's Order of June 17, 2009 granting Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment (doc. 108) and this Court's Order of August 4, 2009 granting Plaintiff's Motion for Prejudgment Interest (doc. 113), the Court enters judgment in the original judgment amount of $150,872.98 plus awards prejudgment interest in the amount of $38,047.14, for a total judgment of $188,920.12, plus post judgment interest at the statutory rate. Judgment is payable and due immediately.
