REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION that defendants' 53 & 52 MOTIONS for Summary Judgment be Granted; plaintiff's claims against the Doe defendants should be Dismissed without Prejudice for lack of service. In the alternative, the Court shoul d sua sponte enter judgment in favor of the Doe defendants for the same reasons that judgment is warranted in favor of defendants Frye, Rodenberg, Stallworth and Willis.
