ORDER by Chief Judge Susan J. Dlott DISMISSING CASE. The Court lacks subject matter jurisdiction over this case. The petition for removal is hereby DENIED and this action is DISMISSED from the docket of this Court. This matter is hereby REMANDED bac k to the state court. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1915(a) that for the foregoing reasons an appeal of this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore denies Ms. Felts leave to appeal in forma pauperis. Ms. Felts remains free to apply to proceed in forma pauperis in the Court of Appeals.(mtw1)
