COGNOVIT JUDGMENT - It is Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that judgment be granted in favor of Plaintiff The Farmers & Merchants State Bank and against Defendants Direct Scaffold Services Co. LLC on Count I of Plaintiff's Complaint in the amount o f $2,603,218.16, with interest continuing to accrue on the unpaid principal balance of $2,508,333.39 from and after 4/20/2009 at the rate of 16 percent per annum. LLC on Count II of Plaintiff's Complaint in the amount of $1,303,103.53, with interest continuing to accrue on the unpaid principal balance of $1,249,875.98 from and after 4/20/2009 at the rate of 16 percent per annum.
