TRANSFER ORDER - This case is before the Court for initial review upon filing. The Court notes that all of the Defendants in this case are employed at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility. Therefore, pursuant to S. D. Ohio Civ. R. 82.1(c), this ca se must be adjudicated in the Eastern Division of this District at Columbus and the case is hereby ORDERED transferred to Columbus for reassignment. For the benefit of the reviewing judicial officers at Columbus, the Court notes: 1. Although the Com plaint recites that Plaintiff is an inmate at SOCF, he has in fact been released and filed his Complaint in person at the Dayton Clerk's Office. 2. Because he has been released, Plaintiff may not be a prisoner within the meaning of the Prison Litigation Reform Act of 1995 Title VIII of P.L. 104-134, 110 Stat. 1321(effective April 26, 1996)(the "PLRA").
