JOINT STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL
Pursuant to Federal Civil Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(i), Plaintiff Haunted Things, LLC, and
Defendant Halloween Productions, Inc., by and through counsel, hereby stipulate as follows,
consistent with an agreement between them:
i. Plaintiff’s claims in the above-captioned action are dismissed with prejudice; and
ii. Defendant’s counterclaims are dismissed without prejudice.
Accordingly, there are no claims remaining in this action. Each party will bear its own costs.
