ORDER
This matter is before the Court following an informal discovery telephone conference
with the parties regarding plaintiff's request for records in the possession of defendant.
Specifically, plaintiff seeks approximately ten investigations performed by Claire Johnson,
formerly a Verizon Human Resources Consultant, related to complaints of sexual comments
and/or harassment directed at managers similarly situated to plaintiff. Pursuant to the parties'
agreement during the conference, defendant will locate and review the investigation files
referenced by Ms. Johnson during her deposition and produce them to plaintiff forthwith.
Further, with consent of the Court, the parties agree to vacate the current scheduling order (Doc.
34). A telephonic status conference is set for November 8, 2012 at 2:00p.m., at which point a
revised scheduling order will be entered.
