The Court further DENIES a certificate of appealability, and CERTIFIES that any appeal would be objectively frivolous. Finally, with respect to any application by Petitioner to proceed on ap peal in forma pauperis, the Court CERTIFIES that an appeal of this Order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore the Court DENIES Petitioner leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis upon a showing of financial necessity.
