This case is before the Court on Petitioner’s Motion to Expand the Record (Doc. No. 35).
Because the documents in question are at least claimed to be trial exhibits, the Court believes the
Motion is one to which “other parties might reasonably be expected to give their consent.” S. D.
Ohio Civ. R. 7.3(b). Accordingly, the Motion is DENIED without prejudice to renewal with a
showing of compliance with S. D. Ohio Civ. R. 7.2(a).
