This Court, by agreement of the parties and for good cause shown, hereby refers the
above captioned case to mediation before Magistrate Judge Gregory Wehrman. The discovery
period in the case is tolled pending the outcome of the mediation. In the event the case is not
resolved by mediation the discovery period shall be extended six weeks from the completion of
the mediation.
