Final Judgment in favor of Plaintiff Betty Johnson, finding that she is entitled to disability insurance benefits as of
3/16/2004. The Court AWARDS Plaintiff Betty Johnson disability insurance benefits based on that date and REMANDS
this matter to Defendant Commissioner of Social Security for an immediate award consistent with this Opinion and
Order. Finally, we Order that this matter be CLOSED on the Court’s docket.
