MOTION TO SEAL SECOND DECLARATION IN SUPPORT OF THE AMENDED
VERIFIED COMPLAINT FOR FORFEITURE IN REM
The United States of America moves this Court for an order sealing the Second
Declaration in Support ofthe United States' Amended Verified Complain for Forfeiture in Rem
(Attachment B), for the reason that a related criminal investigation is ongoing. The premature
disclosure of information contained in the Second Declaration may jeopardize the ongoing
related criminal investigation and the identity of confidential informants and/or cooperating
witnesses.
Wherefore, the United States respectfully moves this Honorable Court to seal the Second
Declaration in Support of the United States' Amended Verified Complaint for Forfeiture in Rem
until further order of the Court.
