PROTECTIVE ORDER
The Court recognizes thatdisclosure and discovery activity are likely to arise that will
require the disclosure oftrade secrets, confidential research, development, manufacturing,
financial, process, marketing, and business information, orother commercial information within
the meaning ofFederal Rule ofCivil Procedure 26(c). Good cause exists toprotect this
infonnation from public disclosure. In the absence ofa suitable protective order safeguarding the
confidentiality ofsuch information, the parties would be hampered in their ability to produce
such infonnation.
Accordingly, the Court ORDERS that the parties shall adhere to the following:

This Order shall govern alldocuments and other products of discovery obtained
by the parties from one another, and from third parties, all information copied or derived
therefrom, as well as all copies, excerpts, summaries orcompilations thereof, including
