ORDER This matter is before the Court pursuant to the Order of General Reference in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio Western Division to United States Magistrate Judge Stephanie K. Bowman. Pursuant to such reference, the MagistrateJudge reviewed the pleadings and filed withthisCourt on April 3,2018 a Report and Recommendation (Doc. 63). Subsequently, the plaintiff filed objectionsto such Report and Recommendation (Doc. 6S), the defendants filed responses to the objections (Docs. 65 and 66) and plaintifffiled a replyto the response (Doc. 69). TheCourthas reviewed the comprehensive findings ofthe Magistrate Judge and considered de novo all ofthe filings in this matter. Upon consideration of the foregoing, the Court does determine that such Recommendation should be adopted. Accordingly, the pending motions to dismiss the First Amended Complaint with prejudice filed by Defendant Local Union 1090(Doc. 54), by Defendant United Brotherhood of Carpentersand Joiners of America (Doc. 51), and by Defendant Indiana/Kentucky/Ohio Regional Council of Caipenters (Doc. 59) are GRANTED.
