Judge Karen Litkovitz filed on April 6, 2016(Doc. 23), to whom this case was refeired pursuant
to 28 U.S.C. §636(b), and noting that no objections have been filed thereto and that the time for
filing such objections under Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(b) expired April 25, 2016, hereby ADOPTS said
Report and Recommendation.
Accordingly, the decision of the Commissioner is REVERSED and the matter is
REMANDED for further proceedings pursuant to Sentence Four of42 U.S.C. §405(g).
