ORDER that plaintiff's 143 MOTION for leave to file a second amended complaint is Denied. The UCMC defendants' 130 Motion for judgment on the pleadings is Granted. Defendants UCMC, UCMC security staff, and Mike Posey are Dismissed fr om the case. Defendant Conway's 132 Motion for Protective Order is Granted in part. Plaintiff may take defendant Conway's oral deposition but the deposition must take place in the ADR Suite of the Courthouse Building in Cincinnati, Ohi o, and arrangements to use the ADR Suite must be made through the Court.
